Dr. Michelle Cao is a Clinical Professor of Medicine within the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Cao received her medical training at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She then completed her residency at Loma Linda University, pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, and sleep fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. Cao is board-certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. Her clinical expertise includes home-assisted ventilation for chronic respiratory failure, complex sleep-related breathing disorders, and obstructive/central sleep apnea.

Dr. Michel Cramer Bornemann was the former co-director of the Minnesota Regional Sleep Disorders Center at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was an Assistant Professor holding joint appointments in the Departments of Neurology and Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He was also a faculty instructor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota Graduate School, Twin Cities.
He has several ongoing research projects in the field of Sleep Disorders and has received funding from a wide variety of sources, including the National Institutes of Health, the Academic Health Center at the University of Minnesota, as well as from medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. His undergraduate degree in Philosophy complements his work in neuroscience to better understand the interplay between oscillating levels of consciousness and behaviors that may arise from sleep. As such, with his multi-disciplinary approach, Dr. Cramer Bornemann has become a much sought-after medical consultant to the international legal community.

Dr. Cameron Kuehne has spent his entire career limited to treating obstructive sleep apnea and TMJ disorders. He obtained his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. He also completed extra training through Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he obtained a Masters of Science degree in the areas of craniofacial pain and dental sleep medicine. Dr. Kuehne co-owns the Center for Sleep Apnea & TMJ, with locations in Boise and also Salt Lake City. He has been mentored by world-renowned experts in the fields of TMJ disorders and dental sleep medicine. Dr. Kuehne has accumulated more than 3000 hours of continuing education related to craniofacial pain, sleep disorders, and pain management. He continues to receive training in the most cutting-edge techniques available to treat his patients.
Dr. Kuehne lectures internationally on the topics of dental sleep medicine and TMJ disorders. He has held leadership positions in the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Southwest Idaho Dental Society.

Jeffrey Lin, MD, MBA

Dr. Jeffrey Lin is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. Dr. Lin earned his bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin. After medical school, he pursued a Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center and later obtained a master of business administration in health care from Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Lin moved back to Idaho in 2017 and is currently the medical director of the St. Luke’s Sleep Medicine Institute in Magic Valley.
